Grounding Breath Exercise

Sit or stand tall with relaxed shoulders and grounded feet, inviting any tense or busy part of you to simply watch. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly, and quietly set an intention like “May this breath give all my parts ease." Breathe in through your nose to fill your chest, then sigh the air out an open mouth without pausing, keeping a connected 5-second in / 5-second out flow for about six waves while letting tension ride out on each exhale. After the minute, allow your breathing to settle back into its natural rhythm.
